It’s been two years… Two…. Long time, no see.

 

Two years has passed since the mobility in Portugal. One week in the beginning of October in Cyprus….  Re- starting the project of P.O.R.T.S.

 

For two years all the contacts have been taking place via internet. Now the Cyprus mobility took place and it was absolutely wonderful to meet old friends and make new ones.

We are deeply grateful to Yiannis and Cyprus team for hosting us and giving us the beautiful and sunny week in Limassol. Lots of work, new presentations, productive meetings,  lectures by experts in the field, tours in Port of Limassol fulfilled our working days. But also very beautiful historical places, tour in Limassol, visiting and working in School of Omodous and village nearby gave us a glimpse of Cypruses culture and everyday life.

We also visited and had an interesting tour in The monastery of Saint ( Honest or Holy) cross, Timios Stavros Monastery-  the stone monastery, which is considered to be one of the oldest and most historic monasteries in Cyprus.

The small village of Omodous is located in high mountains near Limassol.
